Technical Support is provided by the developer or company who created
the product. The minimum support offered for each product offered on
this site is 30-day installation support. Every product will also include,
or have available as an option at the time of purchase, one year of technical
support services via email.
If an offering is listed with "Standard" technical support,
this means the product includes installation support plus one year of
email-based support. Additional types of support may be included for
individual products. The support terms are defined in each product’s
description.
