Live Chat Transcripts
When a visitor uses our Live Chat facility, a transcript of the conversation is stored by us. These can be used to help us assess staff performance. The visitor can also keep a copy of the transcript.

Information Request Forms
Our site's registration forms ask users to give us contact information (like their name, email and postal address).  We may use this customer contact information to send the user relevant information about the Adept Scientific Group of Companies and products available from these companies.  Users may at any time opt out of receiving future mailings (electronic or paper) by contacting us directly; see choice/opt-out section below.
